Overall a great experience. Friendly staff throughout my stay, and the room appears to have been cleaned well before my stay. My big complaint is the pillows in the room. They provide as much support as a wet piece of cardboard. Even though there was some sort of softball or baseball tournament going on during my stay, I never had any noise complaints.
Stayed here for about 5 days while visiting family in the area. Lobby and common areas were kept very clean and orderly! Room was perfectly clean, and staff was efficient and accommodating. Daily breakfast buffet was delicious and had plenty of variety!
Broken items in the room and some weird bug in the corner but nothing that would make me not feel safe sleeping there. Staff is extremely friendly and the breakfast was the best hotel breakfast. Standing ovation for the lady refilling the breakfast buffet
First time visiting and I must say our experience was amazing. From the moment we walked in Ethan made check in a breeze. I was even more impressed because they didn’t require a hundred dollar deposit like majority of these hotels. Free breakfast which was delicious and fulfilling. The rooms were so clean looked brand new. The beds were so comfortable. The pool is small but perfect size for the little ones. We can’t wait to visit again!!
The room was very clean and the room was laid out nicely. The carpet in the hallway was clean as well. The room had coffee, a pull out couch, a comfortable bed and a pretty nice bathroom. The staff was very nice and personable. The foyer was very well designed and was clean as well. The breakfast was what you expect from a Continental breakfast. It was nice that there was plenty of parking. I would stay there again, as it's also located around many shops and restaurants.
Sheila the manager was so hospitable, helpful, and professional- and really made the stay at SpringHill so much more memorable and pleasant! When we arrived and found out that our reservation had a problem, Sheila helped us sort it out and with a smile. The rooms are generously sized and clean. Breakfast is simple, but has a good assortment, clean, and yummy!
Front desk ladies are so sweet!! Super convenient location at a good price. Only complaints, definitely a lot of random loud moments throughout the night - maybe because we were on the first floor, wish the restroom had ventilation and wish the bed was a bit comfier. I also noticed they have security on site probably after they had the car break in issue. This makes things a lot better and feel safer for people staying here.
Loved this place! We stayed this weekend and we had all of our requests met with such sweet and accommodating service, it was clean and a great location. It was a great experience. The breakfast was AMAZING, with changes daily but solid staples. Warm friendly faces everywhere! Definitely happy with this stay.
